1. General
The poshub.club site belongs to R&D Code and is used to introduce the POSHub product, download builds, and contact the team. By opening the site, you agree to these terms to the extent they apply to your use of the site.
POSHub software is distributed under a separate licence. If the licence terms conflict with this document, the licence terms prevail.
2. Use of the site
You agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its restrictions, or scan its infrastructure without permission;
- copy the site’s content and present it as your own, except where the law expressly permits it;
- use the site’s contact details for mailings unrelated to POSHub.
3. Downloading and running the software
POSHub builds are provided “as is” and may contain bugs. Before using the product in a live shift, test it on your own configuration: register, hardware, and data. Backups remain the responsibility of the business owner.
By downloading a file, you confirm that you have read the installation guide. On Windows this includes the SmartScreen step “More info → Run anyway”.
4. Intellectual property
The POSHub name, logo, interfaces, site texts, and code belong to R&D Code or are used with the permission of their owners. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights to you other than the right to use the product under its licence.
5. Third-party links
The site links to GitHub, where the releases live. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party resources; you accept their terms yourself.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, R&D Code is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or data loss arising from use of the site. Responsibility for the product’s operation is defined by the licence and the contract.
7. Support and updates
Updates are published in the releases repository. Support is available by email at sales@poshub.club. We try to respond promptly but don’t guarantee round-the-clock availability.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. A new version is published on this page with a date; by continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the new version.
9. Governing law
The governing law and dispute-resolution procedure will be specified in the final version together with the seller’s details. Until then, disputes are handled by correspondence: sales@poshub.club.
