Privacy policy

This document explains what data poshub.club receives and what happens to it. The text is a draft: a lawyer will review it before publication.

Last updated November 3, 2026

Draft. This document is not a final legal version. If you need a contract or an offer with specific terms, email sales@poshub.club.

1. Who runs the site

poshub.club and the POSHub product are developed by R&D Code (R&D Code). For privacy questions, email sales@poshub.club.

2. What data the site receives

The site is static. It has no sign-up, analytics counters, ad pixels, or embedded social widgets. We don’t build visitor profiles.

  • localStorage data. Your browser stores the chosen theme (poshub-theme), the selected site language (poshub-lang), and your cookie-notice consent (poshub-cookie-consent). These values never leave your browser.
  • Server logs. The hosting provider may record the IP address, request time, page URL, and user agent so the site works and stays protected from attacks. These logs are not used for advertising.
  • Correspondence. If you email sales@poshub.club or submit a form, we receive your message: name, contact, and the text. We use it to answer your request.

3. Forms on the site

Forms don’t send data to a server: they compose an email in your mail client. Until you send that email, the information stays with you. Once sent, it is handled as ordinary email correspondence.

4. Downloads and third parties

POSHub installers live in a public GitHub repository (poshub-releases). Following the link and downloading the file are governed by GitHub’s policy. We don’t receive data about who downloaded a file.

5. Sharing data

We don’t sell or rent personal data. We only share it when the law requires it or you ask us to.

6. Retention

We keep emails for as long as needed to reply and resolve the matter. Server logs are kept for a limited time; the exact period depends on the hosting settings and will be specified in the final version.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, or deletion. Email sales@poshub.club with the subject “Personal data”. We will respond within a reasonable time and confirm what we did.

8. Children

The site and POSHub are intended for businesses and are not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

This policy may change as the site evolves. A new version is published on this page with a date. We will try to highlight material changes.
